14th July 2009 in La Foux

Jack, Sarah and Mummy at the river looking for stones to throw into it. We have two stone throwing champions in our family.


We went to a child reading session put on by the local community and Mum and Sarah started playing with the balls while the lady who was reading looked on. Sarah enjoyed it and convinced some of the other kids to join in. I think it was Mummys bad influence!


Jack finds it very amusing.....


Daddy biked up that road! and all the way to the top the second time! I think I need a lighter bike!

Summer Weekend in La Foux

We decided to get away from the heat and humidity of Valbonne and head to the mountains. And in the mountains it was nice and fresh and no humidity!

Quote of the day: "Sarah est pas sympa parce que elle a des petits pieds".

Jack found his old winter haunts, the merry-go-round. And this time he had a partner with him - SARAH!

We went for a walk on Sunday and had a nice picnic by the river.

You cannot see it, but they are both holding hands (angelic!). We saw lots of sheep and Sarah does a good immitation of a sheep.
